We design and build freestanding customised communications towers and guyed masts up to 90 metres, delivering all civil works and tower erection services. Our fully qualified specialist communications riggers then finish the job.

If your new or established infrastructure requires structural analysis or maintenance, our specialists offer expert advice and assistance.

We build and deploy in-house bespoke designs of huts and skids for large clients such as BHP, FMG, Rio Tinto, Department of Defence and Roy Hill. Utilising solar-power or diesel generators, all the electronics and power are housed inside air-conditioned huts or cabinetry with solar panels and antenna attached or adjacent. We can set up huts quickly to be operational within hours and they are largely self-contained with no permanent infrastructure required.

We design and manufacture fixed remote base stations. These include self-contained huts with freestanding towers or masts that can be remotely managed and monitored.

Huts vary in size from small shelters that contain one rack and batteries, to large shelters with multiple racks and full power management systems. Air conditioning and passive cooling options are available.

Power requirements are customised to the location and load of the site, ranging from 600 to 5000 Amp hour solutions. Solar power generation for remote sites with auto-starting diesel generators for redundancy form a reliable and cost-effective solution.

Monitoring of systems can be integrated into FMS systems for power levels, solar charging status, generator status, fuel levels and hut conditions via general alarms.

Towers and masts are tailored using advanced coverage and path profiling software to get maximum signal and link reliability and are constructed to withstand the harshest of conditions including lightning strikes and cyclones.
