Your staff will receive a completion certificate at the end of their training, and we provide you with records of who has completed the courses.

Technical training
Customised courses can be developed and delivered ranging from introductory level to in-depth training for radio systems, microwave, point to multipoint and more. The training includes hands-on learning tailored to client systems, products and operations.
Operator and Maintenance training
Train your technical personnel onsite who maintain system infrastructure or subscriber terminals. Hands-on operator and maintenance training includes configuration, fault-finding techniques and preventative maintenance. Training also includes active and historic system monitoring of the network and retrieval of voice recordings as required.
Dispatcher training
Provided to staff such as Train and Mine Controllers, ESOs and Security Staff to efficiently operate the communication system from your Remote Operations Centre or onsite control room. Dispatchers are trained in making calls, responding to emergencies and enabling tones and messages.
Train the Trainer
Allow your key personnel to take over the training of your staff in the effective and correct use of their communication systems. Comprehensive training material and trainer guides are developed for your system and provided as part of the train the trainer package.
